Position: Industrial Electricians

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Industrial Electrician to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and industrial equipment in a manufacturing or production setting in Germany. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in reading technical drawings, troubleshooting systems, and adhering to German electrical safety standards (DIN, VDE, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems, machinery, and control panels.
• Read and interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform corrective maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Carry out preventive maintenance to reduce equipment downtime.
• Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits using testing devices (e.g., multimeters, clamp meters).
• Ensure compliance with German electrical codes and safety standards (VDE regulations).
• Document maintenance work and report technical issues to supervisors.
• Support commissioning of new equipment and systems.
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and maintenance teams on electrical upgrades and projects.
Job Requirements:
General:
• Completed vocational training (Ausbildung) as an electrician, mechatronics technician, or similar.
• Proven experience as an industrial electrician in a factory or production environment.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, automation, and control technologies.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and circuit diagrams.
• Familiarity with German safety regulations and electrical standards (e.g., VDE).
• Physically fit and comfortable working in industrial environments.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Basic German or English language skills (depending on team requirements).
• Willingness to work shifts, overtime, or weekends if necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
• EU-recognized certification as an electrician.
• Experience with PLC systems (e.g., Siemens S7).
• Forklift or aerial work platform license is a plus.
• Fluency in German is highly desirable.
