About the Role:

Job Title: Ice cream extrusion machine operator

About the Role: We are looking for a reliable and skilled Extrusion Operator to oversee the operation of extrusion machinery in our manufacturing facility. The candidate will be responsible for setting up, monitoring, and maintaining extrusion equipment to ensure high-quality production output in compliance with safety and production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate extrusion machines according to production schedules.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to maintain product quality and output.
• Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality control.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of extrusion equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Follow all safety regulations and company policies during machine operation.
• Maintain accurate production records and report any abnormalities or defects.
• Collaborate with maintenance and quality control teams as needed.
• Assist in training new operators when required.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience as an extrusion operator or in a similar manufacturing role is preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of machinery operation.
• Ability to read and interpret production orders and technical specifications.
• Attention to detail and strong focus on product quality.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations in industrial environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical or vocational education related to manufacturing or mechanical engineering.
• Knowledge of process control systems.
